Responsible for the development and construction process of all projects. Santiago is involved in all aspects of a development’s life cycle, from contract due diligence and initial design through certificate of occupancy at the end of construction. Santiago manages an extensive team of architects, engineers, attorneys, consultants, and contractors for each project. Prior to joining The Feldman Companies, Santiago served as the Director of Development at Afin Developer Group, a Miami-based development firm focused on commercial and residential projects in South Florida.
