Directly involved in over $3B of transactions, Ryan has extensive experience originating, underwriting, and structuring complex real estate deals across every major asset class. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Ryan was the CFO for Chetek Capital, a Miami-based private equity real estate investment firm focused on industrial and multifamily assets.
