Responsible for the construction process of all projects and developments, Matthew conducts in depth onsite visits and ensure project timelines are met. Matthew regularly communicates and negotiates with contractors, architects, and engineers. Prior to The Feldman Companies Matthew worked as a Project Manager for Rubicon General Contractors and was involved in the construction process from the beginning stages to being finished and receiving the CO.
