Responsible for finance and investment activities, Justin is involved analyzing the financial viability of new opportunities and completing ad hoc assignments for the acquisitions and investments team. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Justin was a Leasing Associate for Terranova, a high street retail and suburban shopping center owner-operator. Justin was responsible for originating $9.8MM worth of base rent revenue by way of new leases over his 18-month tenure with Terranova.
