Jordan’s multidisciplinary expertise spans across project management, financial analysis, and cross-functional team coordination, having successfully contributed to projects totaling over $200 million in value with the Feldman Companies.
In his role, Jordan ensures seamless integration across various operational functions, from strategic planning and budgeting to execution and project delivery. He works closely with architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, municipal officials, and investors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. His hands-on experience and collaborative approach make him a key driver of the company’s operational efficiency and project success.
