Responsible for supporting both Construction and Development divisions, including coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects progress seamlessly from design through completion. Experienced in managing new-construction and pre-development activities for luxury residential and golf-community projects, Asher has a strong background in budgeting, consultant coordination, and oversight of high-end design execution. Prior to The Feldman Companies, Asher served as a Project Manager at PPG Development, where he directed complex development initiatives from concept to delivery.
