Concept to completion

This project comprises approximately 130,000 gross square feet (GSF) across five stories of climate-controlled self-storage, delivering a modern, Class A facility. The development received site plan approval from the city and overcame significant topographical challenges through thoughtful planning and design. We collaborated closely with both the city and the community over an extended period to create a facility that everyone could take pride in.
