Concept to completion

This project encompasses approximately 140,000 gross square feet across three stories of climate-controlled self-storage, delivering a modern, Class A facility. The building features state-of-the-art security systems, Bluetooth-enabled access, and a comprehensive suite of amenities consistent with today’s leading self-storage standards. Located just off the main intersection by Southland Mall, between US-1 and the Turnpike, the site spans three acres that we successfully assembled. Working closely with the municipality, we secured zoning approvals that allowed us to develop a product that both fits seamlessly within the community and maximizes the site’s potential. In addition, we secured ground leases with outparcel tenants on the excess land, enabling us to implement an efficient and well-planned overall development. We are extremely proud of this project and the value it brings to the surrounding area.
