Concept to completion

This project comprises approximately 163,000 GSF across four stories of climate-controlled self-storage. The facility sits on a lot approximately 80 feet wide and 1,700 feet long — a site previously overlooked by multiple real estate developers who did not recognize its potential. We envisioned a distinctive design featuring an enclosed drive-through aisle spanning the entire first floor, allowing us to develop the project both efficiently and effectively.

Through close collaboration with the municipality and staff, we delivered a design that everyone could be proud of, incorporating retail space. We also successfully addressed and overcame several environmental challenges. Today, the site is fully occupied, situated in a prime market.
