Concept to completion

This project totals approximately 185,000 GSF. The climate-controlled storage facility features a unique design that incorporates 21 multifamily units wrapped around the façade.
We collaborated closely with the municipality and staff to develop a design that aligns with their code requirements and community vision. The site presented several environmental challenges, which we successfully addressed through thoughtful planning and coordination.
