Concept to completion

This project coprises approximately 120,000 GSF, combining three stories of climate-controlled self-storage with single-story retail space. The facility is attached to a shopping center located at a prominent traffic intersection, offering strong visibility and accessibility.

The developer collaborated closely with the municipality to create a design embraced by the city, staff, and community. The result is a distinctive design that blends seamlessly with the surrounding area, incorporating elements such as a Spanish tile roof and complementary color schemes. Through this collaboration, we established a zoning code with the municipality that permitted the construction of self-storage at this location.
