Concept to completion
This project encompasses approximately 126,000 GSF across three stories of climate-controlled self-storage. The facility is strategically located off a major traffic corridor that generates over 70,000 cars per day, with no other self-storage facilities within a one-mile radius.
We worked closely with the municipality to secure the necessary zoning approvals for self-storage at this location. The project also faced significant environmental challenges, which the developer successfully resolved, achieving full clearance for development.
