Concept to completion

This project spans approximately 135,000 GSF of Class A, modern self-storage space. The facility features a state-of-the-art security system, Bluetooth-enabled access, and a full suite of amenities consistent with today’s leading self-storage offerings.

The site sits on approximately five acres of sloped land. We developed an efficient and effective bi-level design that maximizes the site’s potential. Each floor offers drive-up access, eliminating the need to load items into an elevator — a unique feature in today’s market.
