Concept to completion

This project encompasses approximately 78,400 GSF across four stories of climate-controlled self-storage, delivering a Class A, modern facility. The building features a state-of-the-art security system, Bluetooth-enabled access, and a full suite of amenities consistent with today’s leading self-storage offerings. The project faced significant environmental and wetland challenges, which the developer successfully addressed through careful planning and collaboration. Working closely with the municipality and the community, the team created a design that blends seamlessly with the character of the town and neighboring developments. This project required extensive time, effort, and coordination with the town, staff, and community — resulting in a product that everyone is proud of.
