This project encompasses approximately 125,000 GSF of Class A, modern self-storage space. The facility features a state-of-the-art security system, and a full suite of amenities consistent with today’s leading self-storage offerings. This project was the first permitted development in the new North Miami Beach zoning code. We were first to the market.
