This property comprises approximately 120,000 gross square feet across three stories of climate-controlled self-storage, offering a modern, Class A facility. It features state-of-the-art security, Bluetooth-enabled access, and a full suite of amenities consistent with today’s premier self-storage standards. The development required close collaboration with the municipality and community to create a facility that all stakeholders can be proud of. Located in a residential neighborhood, we created necessary setback and landscape designs to received support.
