Concept to completion

This project encompasses approximately 165,000 GSF of Class A, modern self-storage space. The facility features a state-of-the-art security system, and a full suite of amenities consistent with today’s leading self-storage offerings.

The property presented a challenging, irregular shape, which the developer addressed by collaborating closely with the municipality to create a design that is both efficient and effective. The completed project is situated on 125th st and major east west connector. This project was uniquely designed with three convenient loading areas.
