Concept to completion

This project totals approximately 120,000 GSF across four stories of climate-controlled self-storage. The facility is strategically located near major traffic corridors and prominent retail and shopping districts.

The development delivers a high-quality storage solution that serves the surrounding community while representing an institutional-grade build in both design and construction. We worked diligently with the municipality and staff to create a product and design they could be proud of.
