This project encompasses approximately 112,000 GSF of climate-controlled self-storage. The eight-story facility, located in downtown Miami just off the Dolphin expressway across from Jackson Memorial Hospital, offers prime visibility and exceptional accessibility.

The facility features a state-of-the-art security system, and a full suite of modern amenities consistent with today’s leading self-storage products. The property is fully occupied, underscoring the strength of its location, design, and market demand.

The developer assembled seven individual parcels to create the site, which was divided between the self-storage facility and an adjacent multifamily component. Despite the site’s compact footprint—less than 20,000 SF of land—the team successfully designed an efficient, high-density building that maximizes the property’s potential.

We worked closely with municipal officials and staff to ensure the design complemented the surrounding community and to navigate the approvals, permitting, and CO processes smoothly.
